Feeling very week, i have type 2 diabetes and hbp, i take 100mg a day losartan. my bp right now is 124/61, can it be the bp? it's not the sugar.

Likely not that bp: Can't tell here what the problem is. Possibly low BP at either times. Could be electrolyte (chemistry) issues, infection, even cardiac issues, other. Call your doc since you feel poorly.
