What is the best time to take losartan 25 mg at breakfast or before bed for kidney protecrion.....i also take coreg 3.125 2x daily for rapid pulse?

Losartan dosing time: Probably does not make much difference but AM is mostly likely better as BP tends to rise during day and the protection comes from a lower BP most likely. What I would do would be to take BP in am before dose then later in afternoon. The Am check is to be certain you get good BP control overnight.

Afib controlled, HTN. Flecainide 50 x2, Coreg 12.5 x2, Losartan 50 x1. I take the losartan with my evening meds. BP is good all day until 4 or 5 hrs before my evening meds. Then my BP raises to 140 or so over 70 or so. Do I need my BP meds adjusted?
