I have been diagnosed with scoliosis, and lately i have been having some right knee pain when being my leg. could this be caused by my spine?

Unlikely: Scoliosis is common, usually minor, & seldom give any symptoms to anyone. At age 30 it would have been stable for a decade or more unless you have a progressive bone disease. If you have knee issues look to the knee for answers rather than scoliosis.
