Possibly: Your brief description of MRI findings demonstrate degenerative disease which would get slowly worse with time. If the leg weakness is new, i would see your doctor and get evaluated as soon as possible.

Possible: The previous disc degeneration and annular tear along with the scoliosis can ultimately result in worsening leg and back pain. When degeneration gets worse in can ultimately result in bone on bone collapse and severe pain.

Depends: Back, leg pain and weakness can suggest radiculopathy at times referred to as sciatica. It would be wise to be evaluated by a surgeon.
