i have scoliosis, disk compression, and minor back & knee pain. mri shows cartilage wear, osteopinia. what about stem cell therapy?

Probably not: It does not sound like you are really having enough problems ("minor back and knee pain") to really pursue that. Even procedures that sound neat can have complications associated with them and you would hate to have problems worse than your original condition.
