Can be from L4 nerve: decreased "knee jerk" reflex can be a normal finding, or result from a 4th lumbar nerve root compression. Depending on where your scoliosis is located in your spine, it is possible to have an L4 nerve root compression. However, this is typically accompanied by Pain and sensory changes in the front of your thigh and inside lower leg. Without pain and numbness, it most likely is not pathologic.
