Referred pain: Knee pain after spinal surgery is due to irritated low back nerves.

Maybe nerve related: This could be related to a couple things. 1st, after all that surgery, you could have some stenosis of the area where the nerves exit from the vertebrae, leading to pain, either from structural issues or scar tissue. If it does not feel like nerve pain, do you have any muscular weakness from these issues? It could be quad weakness leading to knee pain or change in gait causing arthritis.
