I use co exforge 10mg/160mg/12.5 daily. my bp still raises to about 150 every afternoon and evening. is this ok?

May be: Blood pressure measurement, especially the systolic (upper reading) can vary during the day , with activity, salt intake, etc.. also you want to make sure that you are using the right cuff size and right measurement technique, also right time: in the morning after a good night sleep, if still elevated see your doctor for assessment, wish you wellness
