Some basics: This is not uncommon & often also affected one parent. These kids tend to have smaller bladders. About 10%/yr become dry with no help. A baseline urine test is usually done but rarely abnormal. There are meds that reduce urine formation at night, but I never use them. The most consistent help is attained using wetting alarms that wake the kid when the starts to pee. These can be bought on line.
