A member asked:

My five year old still wets the bed every night (enurises). he has never had a dry night. he is still wet mornings if we take him to wee at 22:30. what can i do (cape town based) to investigate. we follow good practice in terms of foods and liquids?

Some basics: This is not uncommon & often also affected one parent. These kids tend to have smaller bladders. About 10%/yr become dry with no help. A baseline urine test is usually done but rarely abnormal. There are meds that reduce urine formation at night, but I never use them. The most consistent help is attained using wetting alarms that wake the kid when the starts to pee. These can be bought on line.
