Question: Your question is not quite clear. I understand you had mono and strep test, but I am not certain of those test results. Also, I am aware you took PCN and after that you developed a rash. I understand you had a positive ANA too. In order to answer if your question I would need clarification on the mono and strep test. Mono or strep or lupus or drug reaction could explain your symptoms.
