Overactive bladder: Yes, it could happen. Trepeline is a tricyclic antidepressant, so it also could generate mood changes. A second opinion is always a patient right, you could and you should in order to get fully satisfied with your doctors attention. There are other meds, more selective, like treatment for overactive bladder. I recommend you to see an urologist, and try some of them. Good luck!
