Call your doctor: Call your doctor your infection may be resistant to the antibiotics you are taking and you may be developing pyelonephritis ( infection of the kidneys).

That's not right: What you are describing is concerning. You must go to your doc and have a more comprehensive work up done. If you delay, there may be more damage taking place to the point that it will be impossible to correct.
