Some good ideas: There are several addt'l things you can do until this clears, but talk w/ your doctor about alternatives too if it doesn't clear soon. Endep (amitriptyline) will not kill an infection from what I know. Drink lots of water - lots! and read this website - try an OTC pill like AZO or Aussie equivalent. http://www.ic-network.com/conditions/interstitial-cystitis/exploring-treatments/ Good luck - I feel your pain.
