I had nausea, fatigue, headache & abdomen pain. doctor asked to get an ultrasound. the gall bladder could not be visualized well, the possible reason being contraction. my liver also shows diffuse increase in parenchymal echotexture. is it serious?

From what you've described, it does sound like diagnostic testing would be important to determine why you are experiencing the nausea, fatigue, headache and abdominal pain. There are many possible causes for this including your liver. Diffuse increase in parenchymal echo texture is not specific for a particular disease and should be interpreted in the context of additional tests like blood tests
