Excessive Workout: I am not sure what workout you are doing that you can burn 1000 calories in one hour! Your body needs to rebuild, repair and maintain. You need to have an intake of at least 1800 calories a day. Remember, when you burn those calories and then calorie restrict, your body thinks you are starving and will just reduce your metabolism to a minimal level.
