Fetal Kidneys: Would not be worried with mild dilation of fetal kidneys. This is not an uncommon findings, and usually is not significant. However, your doctor may repeat the ultrasound just to be sure. As long as your growth is fine and amniotic fluid is normal, it's not likely anything to be worried about.
