Good day,i keep getting a red rash on the sides of my nose an it becomes really dry an flaky as well as it burns,don't know if it's an allergy or rash?

Seb. Derm.: This is most likely seborrheic dermatitis. Try some clotrimazole over the counter twice daily and avoid products on the face other than a gentle cleanser twice daily, like generic cetaphil. Avoid hydrocortisone if you can. If it doesn’t go away in a month or gets worse, be seen.
