Sun sensitivity: You need to protect yourself from the sun, apply a fragrance free high spf cream. A product over the counter by vanicream is pretty good.

Photosensitivity: If this occurs at the exposed skin areas, then it is from photosensitivity. Are you taking any photosensitizing medications which triggers a rash only upon strong sun exposure. Lime juice can induce a photosensitive reaction at the site of contact but it is ? that drinking it would do the same. Sunscreen with titanium, long-sleeve . See derm if problem persist.
