Maybe: Red, itchy, burning eyes with stuffy nose, may be due to environmental allergies or it may be from airborne chemical irritants, eye infection like conjunctivitis or blepharitis or other process. I would see your regular doctor to see if you have any other related symptoms to make sure which condition you have and how best to treat it.

Probably: Common allergy symptoms are itching (eyes, nose), sneezing, runny nose with clear mucus, nasal congestion. If it improves with an antihistamine, that further supports the diagnosis. If the symptoms persist, consider seeing an allergist so testing can identify the trigger. With avoidance, those symptoms will resolve!
