My 1year old son fell 10 days ago he was observed and was fine. 10 days later he has now started vomiting could this be related. what to do?

Unlikely : A simple hit to the head from a fall or the hit of a rock can trigger vomiting within the next day or so & a headache up to a week. Ten days out is most likely something else altogether. At that age they are expected to get 2-3 vomiting viruses/yr whether they show fever or not. If the kids personality changes or this spooks you have him seen.
