Maybe/not: Most of these are self healing viruses. If the kid is feeding well enough to wet diapers every 6-8 hrs they are well hydrated, which would be the main risk with diarrhea/vomiting. Applesauce and fluids is small frequent feeds can usually keep them going. If anything spooks you go in, but this may pass over the next day or two.
