Vomiting in 1 yo: Limited info. Did he have fever ? cough? could he drink or was he vomiting that as well? Pulling on ear? pain on touching belly? diarrhea? if he could not drink could be dehydrated. if belly pain could be gastroenteritis vs urine infection vs intussusception vs rare appendicitis) . if pulling on ear -ear ache. if in day care could be strep. Would f/u/ w/ doc today . if not drinking take him in
