It's so difficult to fall asleep. I'm up all hours of the night. I lay down feeling tired. Lay there for a bit. Then bam wide awake. What can I do?

23y. When I lay down my bpm drops well down to 30 bpm. As I begin to doze off, I feel flutters and jarks in my chest, I'll jolt awake constantly. Finally when I do fall asleep, 2 hours later I wake to my heart racing and head hurting. Very tired. Sos?
