Hit my hip now i have 2 lumps where bruise is should i go see doctor no pain able to walk and run. dont know what the lumps are from doctor or chiro ?

Swelling: If no pain or dysfunction, I do not a physician would be necessary. The hip area has a degree of areas with space and you likely have some fluid collection which would most likely be a seroma. Continue activity, cool compress for swelling. If persistent or worsening swelling after a week or two I would get checked. Probably ortho best to see.
