I had a blood test about 5 weeks ago and staright after had a very bad bruising and lump in my elbow crease. the brushing now gone after 4 weeks but the lump stays. do i need to see a doctor?

Not necessarily. The remaining bump is likely either a transient scar or calcium deposit that can take months to resolve. I know of no worrisome issue it would represent or treatment a doc would recommend at this point.
