Hi doc ive been to physio,pain management centre and chiropractor as i am having difficulties with my inner groin. i find it hard to walk and perform daily activities. i like running but can barley run! please i need help! what do you suggest?

Look at hip: I wouldn’t want to be certain that the hip is completely normal that would include imaging and maybe even an MRI.
