After 10 years: in an ED this scenario, played out 2-5 times with a work up in the ED then discharge ultimately results in adission for cardiac catheterization. You need to see an interventional cardiologist.

Chest discomfort: Unfortunately your test results do not rule out coronary artery problems, only that no obvious heart damage occurred. If you're still having symptoms, further testing like treadmill stress test,and if negative, chest xray pulmonary function tests are advisable. Your symptoms may be caused by anxiety or esophageal disorders. For peace of mind and proper evaluation see an internist or cardiologist
