Have burning in upper chest. had ekg, stress test, doppler on heart, ldct scan of lungs. egd. all is goid. but i keep getting this. my egd did not show acid reflux. all blood work great. any clue? it just comes out of the blue. been to er. anxiety???

Perhaps you should take a medicine to treat heart burn and see if this resolves the chest burning just to be certain it is not due to reflux, even though evidence of this was not seen on endoscopy. There could still be reflux occurring that was not seen. If this does not resolve the issue, perhaps seeing a neurologist to see if there is a chest wall neuropathy that would explain your symptoms.
