It appears that your heart is not the etiology of your symptoms. But, the pulmonary system as the etiology of your symptoms has not been ruled out. I would see a pulmonologist and get a full work up-you may need a chest CT scan to rule out blood clot, pulmonary function testing, etc. It cannot be labeled as panic attack until all other possibilities have been ruled out. See a lung doctor ASAP.

Further work up will be needed and best coordinated under the care of a primary care doc in the community. Lung, vascular, esophageal and musculoskeletal pathology will have to be considered based on details of the exam. Anxiety is always accompanying symptoms, high blood pressure will have to be addressed.
