Anxiety? Asthma?: To name a few. It seems relatively safe to say heart disease has been ruled out for the most part. Given you have had a battery of cardiac tests which have all been normal. A rare condition possibly overlooked is anomalous left main coronary artery with interarterial course between aorta and pulmonary artery. Cardiac ct angio will detect this however. If CT Normal consider lungs or anxiety?
