Have burning in upper chest. had ekg, stress test, doppler on heart, ldct scan of lungs. egd. nothing is wrong. but i keep getting this. my egd did not show acid reflux. all blood work great. any clue? it just comes out of the blue. been to er?

It appears that you've excluded cardiac,pulmonary & esophageal causes of your symptoms. Only parasthesias of the rib cage origin is left. This is akin to peripheral neuropathy symptoms which occur in hands& feet but can also occur in the chest. I don't know if you're interested in a trial of taking a medication like gabapentin to see if it prevents the burning sensation in your chest.
