Went for my u/s showing gestational sac 1.6cm corresponding 6 weeks while i am 7.6 weeks pregnant no fetal pole or yolk sac there, abdominal u/s done?

Recheck : Most likely your doctor will advise you to repeat the sonogram in 1 week to check on the growth and development. Generally a fetal pole can be seen between week 6-7. If a sonogram is showing less than expected then a follow up is done.
