Painful cyst of preg: If painful to cough, that's more serious Need to see MD now not a good sign no heart beat at 5w6d Repeat US in a week to confirm the health of the pregnancy and check for ectopic pregnancy I only ran across once in my 40 years that she had a ectopic with a intrauterine pregnancy.
