Is there anything that can be done or prescribed to help a small gs in early pregnancy grow or catch up to fetus ga ? gs is 7.7mm, ys is 2.4mm, crl is 5.3mm & fhr is 130bpm. well gs sac is measuring at 5w4d whereas crl at 6w2d. spotting 4 days so far?

There is nothing you can do but keep your fingers crossed and wait this out. The difference in the measurements is probably not significant although spotting always increases the chance of a miscarriage. The CRL is more accurate for dating purposes and the FHR is reassuring. Repeat the ultrasound in two weeks to confirm a viable pregnancy.
