Can a fetal doppler detect womb sounds, maternal heart beat, and umbilical cord (abdomen the size of a 26 week pregnancy) with a pseudo pregnancy. ?

...Can detect any movement of blood in the body, but with a false pregnancy, all the doppler rhythms should be at the same rate as the woman's heartbeat. Fetal heartbeat tends to be much faster so if you find that, the pregnancy is probably real.
