Neither: It is unlikely to be aneurysm (Where?) or cancer (what type?) Anxiety can cause what you have, if your fears are uncontrollable, kindly seek professional help by seeing your doctor who may refer you to a psychiatrist , best wishes

Your symptoms: can also be attributed to frontal sinusitis.

Not likely to be: anything as dangerous as that. This could be as simple as sinusitis or anxiety. If it happens often, wouldn't hurt to get checked. Rushed out of bed? Maybe somebody needs to let up on you.....
