At 28 years old I would not jump to the conclusion of a tumor or aneurysm. Most common reason for pressure in your age group that increases with moving the head foward or in general leaning forward is sinus pressure from sinus congestion or sinusitis. Everything depends on where the pressure is. Best to see your primary physician and be examined.
