Unlikely: A hard bump on the surface of your scalp is probably not an aneurysm as those occur in the blood vessels in your brain or elsewhere. Could be a skin tumor or could be a benign cyst. Have medically evaluated in person to be sure. If you have high blood pressure, make sure you are following physician instructions to keep your BP under proper control (ie diet, exercise, medications if prescribed).
