Hello, the back of my neck has been in constant pain when I'm not sleeping. It's usually on the left side and I also experience chest pain constantly, pressure on my head, dizziness, shortness of breathe, anxiety, and general discomfort.

Brain tumor? For 6 years I sleep next to phone coz I need rain sounds to sleep. Recently, I get top of head headaches every 10am. Not severe. No vomit
