Pinched nerve: Symptoms suggest pinched nerve. It could be at wrist ( carpal tunnel) or neck. Since you take norco, (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) it seems that you may already have neck pain and the posture of your arm causes pinching of nerves in your neck. See aneurologist.
