Yes, but dangerous: 1000 calories per day and an hour of exercise can make for a dangerous situation and this plan is not sustainable. Your body is smarter than you and in a very short time on this regimen it will assume you are starving (which you will be) and slow down metabolism further. Lack of intake will also lead to your body digesting protein (muscle) making your metabolism even less efficient.
