To Lose Weight: I understand your desire to lose weight. Only cutting calories and not exercising is NOT Healthy. Eating 1100 Cal/day can cause extreme tiredness, constipation, diarrhea and nausea. Focus on Achievements, NOT Weight loss. See Physician for Diagnosis, Balanced Diet to ensure that nutrients (both macro and micro) needs are met. See a Psychiatrist for stress, Do Breathing and Music Relaxation
