No: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, while your cell counts are slightly out of kilter, it is not a reason to be concerned about. If you do not have any symptoms, watchful waiting is appropriate.
