Check your BMI: as if you are being 100% truthful then I cannot believe you are overweight. Your perception of yourself may not be objectively accurate. Muscle weighs more than fat so your body weight may not be the best measure. Having a formal body composition test is also useful to determine your lean an fat body mass.

Reduce intake: You need to reduce you intake by at least one third of what you are taking. Depending on your current weight, you may need to reduce your intake to half or less. Losing weight gets increasingly difficult with increasing age.
