Almost anything: Almost any fruit and/or vegetable combination can be made into a smoothie along with nuts, seeds, yoghurt or milk for protein. Banana helps make it creamy especially if not using yoghurt or milk. It also helps for some of the fruit to be frozen (like berries). Google "smoothies" for suggestions.
