A member asked:

What is exactly included in dairy products and gluten?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Read food labels: If one is trying to avoid dairy products and gluten, he must read all food labels and select items labeled dairy-free and gluten-free. Dairy includes any item made from animal milk, such as milk, yogurt, cheese, milk solids, whey protein, casein, etc... Gluten includes wheat and related grains such as barley, rye, etc...
