Why do you ask?: Both diets are restrictive, and if you have self-prescribed for some demonstrated or subjective illness, you need to consider how this will affect you not only as a person who needs to eat an adequate diet, but as someone who will from time to time be a guest. If these are prescribed, your physician / dietician will be your guide. If you're just following online "advice", reconsider.
