Get evaluation: A painful lump on the head should be evaluated and is likely the cause of a tension headache. Do you recall falling or hitting it? Trauma, swollen lymph node, or infection like a boil are all possibilities. Many individuals are nauseated with bad headaches and would be common with both infection or post head injury.

See someone: They may or may not be related.I would get the bump looked at as may be an abscess that may need to be drained and antibiotics.Any Trauma? It is possible that the nausea is related to the pain or possiblly an infection systemic but regardless get evaluated.
