I have been having a lot of headaches, stomach and back pains and vaginal irritation lately there's also a lot of random bumps on my face. what could this be?

See your doc: The headaches, stomach and back pain all seem like they could be from separate problems. No one disease is able to usualyl cause this. The vaginal irritation is from an infection - or rubbing - see your gynecologist. Bumps on yru face are possible eczema or acne or rosacea.

Hormones?: Sounds like this may be hormone related, however your symptoms are vague and could be due to a lot of things, including a viral infection perhaps a low grade flu. Stress can also cause this cluster of symptoms. Symptoms like these deserve a full evaluation in person by your health care provider.

Headaches: Your headaches could be coming from tension, eye strain, tooth grinding, dehydration, lack of sleep/poor sleep, skipping meals, stress, sleep apnea/snoring, or chronic sinus problems.
