the top center of my head has a bump, hurts to the touch, constant pressure, headache and loosing lots of hair easily in that spot. is that normal??

No not really: it is normal to have a painful lump or bump that causing hair loss on your head in addition to pressure and headache of course that is not normal so go and have it check by your PCP please
